PTPTN Was Started Under Anwar

It's ironic how a politician's past can come back to haunt him. The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN), which Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says he wants to abolish if Pakatan Rakyat takes power in GE13, was first set up when the Opposition leader was deputy prime minister and finance minister.
This was revealed by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
"That's Anwar. He doesn't know what he is talking about; he is forgetful," Dr M said
